Welcome to Raab India
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “customer”) and Raab India (“Raab”, “we”, “us”), with its registered address at 405, Ikays Shlokha, Hyderabad 500055, Telangana, India, governing your use of raabindia.com and any purchase made through it.
This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and does not require any physical or digital signature. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Products & Services
Handcrafted Nature
All our products are handmade with love. Slight variations in color, size, and finish are a hallmark of artisan craftsmanship, not defects.
Product Images
We strive to display accurate colors. However, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and handmade nature.
Pricing & Errors
Prices are in INR (₹) inclusive of GST. Prices may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price (typing error, system error, currency error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation. Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or modify offerings.
Orders & Payments
Order Placement
When you place an order, it's an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders based on availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email/SMS only acknowledges that we have received your offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the order. We may decline an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors or undeliverable address, and any amount paid will be refunded.
Payment Processing
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel a paid order from your account dashboard at any point before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, our standard return process applies (see Refund Policy).
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Locations
We ship across India. Delivery times vary based on location. Remote areas may require additional time.
Processing Time
Handcrafted items take 3-5 business days to prepare before shipping. Custom orders may take longer.
Delivery Risks
Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery. Please inspect packages immediately and report damages within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard shipping charges apply for smaller orders as shown at checkout.

Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of warehouse inspection and credited within 2-7 business days depending on the original payment method. Intellectual Property

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, suspend or terminate your account, cancel pending orders, withhold refunds being claimed in bad faith, and report misuse to the appropriate authorities, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Force Majeure
Raab India shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, courier strikes, labour shortages, or interruptions of internet, electricity or telecommunication services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raab India shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.
- Delays, damage or loss caused by third-party shipping partners (insurance claims will be filed against the courier on your behalf where applicable).
- Failures attributable to third-party payment gateways, banks or telecom providers.
- User negligence in product care, installation or misuse contrary to instructions.
- Force majeure events as described above.
In all cases, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction and agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
