Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, please raise a return request through your account dashboard, by email at raabindiaofficial@gmail.com, or by WhatsApp at +91 80190 06249 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong-product complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video (see “Eligible Circumstances” below).

Exchanges and Returns Policy

For exchanges or returns to be considered, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the original invoice. Used or washed products and items missing tags are not eligible.

Non-returnable items (per hygiene, safety and customisation norms): pillow inserts, mattress protectors, bath linen that has been opened, customised or made-to-order items (custom sofas, curtains made to your measurements), final-sale or clearance items, and any free gift received with an order.

Eligible Circumstances

Exchanges or returns are permissible under the following circumstances:

  • 1 The product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • 2 The product’s tamper-evident packaging is broken on arrival.
  • 3 The product has a manufacturing defect identified within the return window.
  • 4 Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund (this is clearly marked on the product page before purchase).
  • 5 Damage, defect or wrong-product claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a complete, unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the product condition).

Return Pickup Process

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from the original delivery address within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email/SMS with the scheduled date.

Reverse-pickup charges: Free for damaged, defective or wrong-product cases. For change-of-mind / size-exchange returns, a flat reverse-shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount. If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your pincode, you may self-ship to our warehouse and the actual courier charges (up to ₹150) will be reimbursed against the receipt.

Exchange Timeline

Exchanges (e.g. for a different size or colour) are subject to stock availability. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the replacement is dispatched within 3-5 business days and typically delivered within 5-8 business days after that.

Delivery Discrepancies

If there are any discrepancies (missing item, wrong item, damaged parcel) please contact us within 48 hours of the “delivered” status. Claims raised after this window cannot be honoured because we lose the ability to file a courier insurance claim.

If the courier marks an order “delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can raise a Proof-of-Delivery investigation with the courier partner.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is initiated within 2 business days. Depending on your original payment method, the amount will reflect in your account within:

  • 1UPI / Net Banking / Wallets: 2-4 business days from initiation.
  • 2Credit / Debit cards: 5-7 business days (subject to your bank).
  • 3Cash on Delivery (COD) prepaid orders: refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you provide; processed in 5-7 business days.
  • 4Store Credit (instant): issued immediately to your Raab India wallet, no waiting period, usable on your next order.

What is refunded: The product price plus the GST charged on it, minus any reverse-pickup fee (see “Return Pickup Process”). Original outbound shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns; they are fully refunded for damaged/defective/wrong-item cases.

Order cancellation: You can cancel a paid order from your account dashboard before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.

Please note: For Partial-COD orders (where part of the order value was paid online and the balance was payable on delivery), the COD portion is not refundable in cash. It will be refunded only to a bank account or UPI ID you provide, or as Raab India store credit.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered (incorrect address, recipient not reachable, repeated delivery attempts refused), we will contact you to confirm a re-attempt. For prepaid orders that cannot be re-delivered, the order amount will be refunded after deducting the actual return-to-origin (RTO) shipping cost incurred. For COD orders, repeated RTOs may result in COD being disabled on your account for future orders.

Grievance Redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge every consumer grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt. For any unresolved concern, please write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@raabindia.com.
