Shipping & Delivery
RAAB India ships across India through trusted logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post and others). We dispatch from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pincode. We currently do not ship outside India; international shipping will be announced separately when available.

Order Processing
Orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 24-48 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually picked up by the courier the same evening; later orders move to the next working day.
Made-to-order items (custom sofas, made-to-measure curtains) have a longer production lead time, clearly mentioned on the product page (typically 7-21 working days) before they are handed to the courier.
You will receive a tracking number by email, SMS and WhatsApp the moment we hand the parcel to the courier.

Standard Shipping
Flat ₹79 for prepaid orders below the free-shipping threshold.
COD Convenience Fee
Additional ₹49 for Cash-on-Delivery orders, shown at checkout before you pay.

All product prices and shipping charges shown on the website are inclusive of GST.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most serviceable pincodes in India for orders up to ₹5,000. The pincode-check tool on the product and cart pages confirms availability for your address before checkout. COD may be unavailable for high-value orders, made-to-order items, or pincodes that have a history of repeated refusal/RTO. In such cases, please use a prepaid method (UPI / card / net banking).
Order Cancellation
By the customer: You may cancel any prepaid order from your account dashboard before it is dispatched for a full refund (refund timelines per the Refund Policy). Once dispatched, please use the standard return process.
By Raab: We reserve the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of placement due to product unavailability, an undeliverable / suspicious address, payment verification failure, or pricing errors. A full refund is initiated immediately in such cases.
Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
Please record a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, the courier label, and the contents. If the parcel is damaged, sealed incorrectly, or the contents are wrong/missing, raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery at raabindiaofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 80190 06249. Without an unboxing video we cannot file a courier insurance claim, and the complaint may not be honoured. Detailed return / refund flow is in our Refund Policy.
